The hotel location is perfect for visiting the nearby tourist attraction. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a delightful experience with options of cereal and French toast. The outdoor onsen was a highlight of the hotel stay with beautiful views and a variety of pools to choose from.
The hotel reception was disorganized, making it difficult to find reservations and experiencing long wait times for service. The onsen policies were not tattoo-friendly, which could be improved for more inclusive experiences.

The hotel is situated within walking distance of the beautiful Miyajima island, and the view from the ocean side is stunning. the room is clean and comfortable, and the included outdoor bath is very relaxing. the free drinks available, such as beer and coffee, are also a nice touch.
The hotel staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. Some guests had to wait an excessively long time to be checked in, and others were put in the wrong room.

I had a lovely stay with breathtaking views and great amenities. The hotel facilities, including the indoor and outdoor onsen, were top-notch and very clean. The location couldn't be better, right across from a famous sightseeing spot. The breakfast had a good mix of traditional Japanese and Western options, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
